Surlypop is a mostly-electronic musical collaboration between members of Twittering Machine, producer Benjamin Price, and various electronic musicians. Elements of modern electronic pop are mixed with orchestral arrangements reminiscent of old black-and-white films.

Beth Moon sings,
Daniel Brown did the string arrangements,
Benjamin Price laid down beats and bass and keys.
Keith Leslie and Wes Copeland also laid down some beats.

It's also the name of a series of paintings by Beth which had its first public showing in Atlanta during October 2003.
